Be it resolved that the agenda for the Council meeting of April 8, 2025 be received and adopted.

Be it resolved that the minutes of the Council meeting held on March 25, 2025 be received and adopted as presented.

Be it resolved that the minutes of the Community Development Advisory Committee meeting held on March 26, 2025 be received.

Be it resolved that Staff Report CAO-2025-05, Lynn Phillips, Chief Administrative Officer re: Drinking Water Quality Management System 2024 Management Review Report be received.

Be it resolved that Staff Report PLN-2025-14, Liz Stillman, Planning Coordinator re: Application for Certificates of Validation - Part Lot 9, Concession 14, being Parts 1 and 2 on RP 39R-14553 and Part 1 on RP 39R-14559, geographic Township of Seymour be received. That the application for validation of title for lands located at Part Lot 9, Concession 14, being Parts 1 and 2 on RP 39R-14553 and Part 1 on RP 39R-14559, geographic Township of Seymour, be approved. And that the Acting Clerk execute the Certificates of Validation for lands located at Part Lot 9, Concession 14, being Parts 1 and 2 on RP 39R-14553 and Part 1 on RP 39R-14559, geographic Township of Seymour.

Be it resolved that Staff Report PLN-2025-13, Liz Stillman, Planning Coordinator re: Assumption of a portion of road into the Municipal Road System be received. That the lands described as Part of Lots 10 and 11, Block 33, Registered Plan 112, being Part 4 on RP 39R-14968, a portion of Maple Street, geographic Town of Campbellford, be established and assumed into the Trent Hills municipal road system. That the Applicants' solicitors shall be responsible to see to the registration of the Transfer and Application under The Land Titles Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, to consolidate the conveyed land(s) for road widening with the travelled road as one Property Identifier Number (PIN) to the satisfaction of the Municipality. That the Applicants' solicitors shall be responsible to see to the registration of the certified copy of the By-law as approved by Council. And that the appropriate By-law(s) be brought forward for Council's consideration.

Be it resolved that the Staff Recommendations with respect to Consent Agenda Items 9 b.) to 9 e.) be adopted as printed.

Be it resolved that: By-Law No. 2025-024: A By-law to Authorize the Execution of an Agreement between The Corporation of the Municipality of Trent Hills and Ontario Power Generation Inc. (Ranney Gorge Suspension Bridge) By-Law No. 2025-025: A By-law for establishing and assuming a municipal highway, Being Part of Lots 10 and 11, Block 33, Registered Plan 112, being Part 4 on RP 39R-14968, a portion of Maple Street, geographic Town of Campbellford, Municipality of Trent Hills, County of Northumberland. be read, passed and properly signed and sealed by the Mayor and Acting Clerk.

Be it resolved that By-law No. 2025-026: A By-law to Confirm the Proceedings of the Council meeting held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 be read, passed and properly signed and sealed by the Mayor and Acting Clerk.
