Be it resolved that Staff Report THFD-2025-02, Shawn Jamieson, Fire Chief re: 2024 Trent Hills Fire Department Annual Report be received.

Be it resolved that Staff Report FIN-2025-02, Christina Beaushaw, Director of Finance/Treasurer re: 2024 Statement of Council Remuneration and Expenses be received.

Be it resolved that Staff Report PWK-2025-03, Neil Allanson, Manager, Roads and Urban Services re: Selection for Award for RFQ PWK CAL 2025-01 Supply and Application of Calcium Chloride be received. That the bid from Road Maintenance Equipment & Services Inc. for RFQ PWK CAL 2025-01 Supply and Application of Calcium Chloride 20% solution be selected for award at their bid price of $0.2039 per litre plus HST. That the bid from Miller Paving Limited for RFQ PWK CAL 2025-01 Supply and Application of Calcium Chloride 35% solution be selected for award at their bid price of $0.4282 per litre plus HST. And that all bidders be advised of the Council's decision under the Manager of Roads and Urban Services' signature.

Be it resolved that Staff Report PWK-2025-04, Neil Allanson, Manager, Roads and Urban Services re: Selection for Award for RFQ PWK FLT 2025-04 Articulating Multi-Purpose Utility Tractor be received. That the bid from Cubex Ltd. for Request for Quotation PWK- FLT 2025-04 for Articulating Multi-Purpose Utility Tractor be selected for award at their bid price of $189,744.11plus HST. And that all bidders be advised of Council's decision under the Manager of Roads and Urban Services signature.

Be it resolved that Staff Report PWK-2025-05, Neil Allanson, Manager, Roads and Urban Services re: Selection for Award RFQ PWK FLT 2025-03 Crew Cab 4x4 Half Ton Truck be received. That the bid from Benton Fry Ford for Request for Quotation PWK FLT 2025-03 for a Crew Cab 4x4 Half Ton Truck be selected for award at their bid price of $56,634.40 plus HST. That the required accessories and attachments be funded up to an upset limit of $14,000.00 from the 2025 Capital Budget. And that all bidders be advised of Council's decision under the Manager of Roads and Urban Services signature.

Be it resolved that Staff Report PWK-2025-06, Neil Allanson, Manager, Roads and Urban Services re: Selection for Award RFQ PWK SUR 2025-07 Surface Treatment Application be received. Be it resolved that Staff Report PWK-2025-06 Neil Allanson, Manager of Roads and Urban Services re: RFQ PWK SUR 2025-07 be received for information. That the bid from Dufferin Construction Company for RFQ PWK SUR 2025-07 Surface Treatment Application be selected for award at their bid price of $841,405.76 plus HST. And that all bidders be advised of Council's decision under the Manager of Roads and Urban Services' signature.

Be it resolved that Staff Report PWK-2025-07, Neil Allanson, Manager, Roads and Urban Services re: Selection for Award RFQ PWK FLT-2025-06 Tandem Plow Truck be received. That the bid from Rush Truck Centres Canada for Request for Quotation PWK FLT 2025-06 for a Diesel Powered Tandem Plow Truck be selected for award at their bid price of $437,717.33plus HST. That an amount of $12,717.33 be transferred from the Roads Loan Reserve And that Rush Truck Centres Canada be advised of Council's decision under the Manager of Roads and Urban Services signature.

Be it resolved that Staff Report PLN-2025-10, Cameron Law, Planner re: Consideration to declare lands surplus to the needs of the Municipality - Unopened portion of Silver Heights Drive, Concession 10, Part Lot 4 be received. Declaration of Surplus of Lands That the unopened municipal portion of Silver Heights Drive, Concession 10, Part Lot 4, now in the Municipality of Trent Hills, be declared surplus to the needs of the Municipality and that the appropriate by-law to declare the road surplus be brought forward for Council's consideration. And that Planning Staff begin the process of closing, stopping up, and disposing of the unopened portion of Silver Heights Drive, Concession 10, Part Lot 4.

Be it resolved that the Staff Recommendations with respect to Consent Agenda Items 9. a) and 9. b) be adopted as printed.

Be it resolved that By-law No. 2025-020: A By-law to Confirm the Proceedings of the Council meeting held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 be read, passed and properly signed and sealed by the Mayor and Acting Clerk.
