Be it resolved that the agenda for the Council meeting of October 8, 2024 be received and adopted.

Be it resolved that the minutes of the Council meeting held on September 24, 2024 be received and adopted as presented.

Be it resolved that Staff Report PLN-2024-047, Cameron Law, Planner re: Part Lot Control Exemption - Block 13 - 2003603 Ontario Corporation (McDonald Homes) - Homewood Avenue Subdivision be received. That the Part Lot Control Exemption for Units 1, 2, 3, and 4 on Block 13, Draft Plan 39M-xxxx, 2003603 Ontario Corporation (McDonald Homes) - Homewood Avenue Subdivision, be approved. And that the appropriate By-law be brought forward for Council's consideration.

Be it resolved that Staff Report PLN-2024-048, Cameron Law, Planner re: Application for a Redline Revision Request as per SB02/2020 Draft Plan of Subdivision, Village of Hastings, 2003603 Ontario Corporation (McDonald Homes) be received. And that the application for Redline Amendment for the unregistered approved draft plan of subdivision SB02/2020, Concession 12, Part Lot 13 / Plan 51, Part Park Lot 1 / Plan 113, Part Lots 27 and 28 / RP 38R-591 Parts 9, 11 to 13 be approved.

Be it resolved that the Staff Recommendations with respect to Consent Agenda Items 9b) to 9e) be adopted as printed.

Be it resolved that: By-law No. 2024-101: A By-law to authorize execution of a Community Improvement Plan Program Agreement between The Corporation of the Municipality of the Trent Hills and 2836469 Ontario Inc (Kazi Mursalin) - Owner of 4 Front Street South, Campbellford. By-law No. 2024-102: A By-law to Appoint a Treasurer and to Repeal By-law 2015-88. By-law No. 2024-103: A By-law to Appoint By-law Enforcement Officers/Provincial Offences Officers and to Repeal By-law No. 2023-160. be read, passed and properly signed and sealed by the Clerk and Mayor.
