Be it resolved that Staff Report PLN-2024-020, Cristal Laanstra, Manager of Planning re: Official Plan Amendment OPA No. 11, OPA01/2024 - 122 Mill Street - Matthew Stearns/Lisa Varrette be received. That Official Plan Amendment No. 11 (OPA01/2024) regarding the redesignation of Employment Area lands to Residential Area lands within the Warkworth Urban Centre Settlement Area be approved. And that the appropriate By-law be brought forward for Council's consideration.
Be it resolved that Staff Report EDC-2024-04, Kira Mees, Community Development Manager re: Amendments to Proclamation, Lighting and Community Flag Raising and Flag Etiquette Policies be received. That Draft Policy POL-ADM-014 - Proclamation, Lighting and Community Flag Raising Policy, amended June 2024, be enacted. And that Draft Policy POL-ADM-015 - Flag Etiquette Policy, amended June 2024, be enacted.
Be it resolved that Staff Report PLN-2026-61, from Cameron Law, Planner, re: Official Plan Amendment Application OPA01/2026 (OPA No. 14) & Zoning By-law Amendment Application - 0 County Road 30, geographic Township of Seymour, James Curle/Campbellford Memorial Hospital/RFA Planning Consultant Inc. - Future Campbellford Campus of Care, be received. And That Official Plan Amendment Application OPA01/2026 (OPA No. 14) regarding the designation of a Special Development Area to support the Campbellford Campus of Care be approved. And That Zoning By-law Amendment Application C12/2026, with respect to property located at Concession 7, Part Lots 6 and 7, RP 39R-12944, Parts 2 and 3, geographic Township of Seymour, to rezone the subject lands from the Agricultural Exception (A*) Zone to the Community Facility Exception Zone (CF-TH-105-109), be approved. And That the appropriate By-laws be brought forward for Council's consideration.
