that, pursuant to Section 37 of the Police Services Act, as amended, the Trent Hills Police Services Board adopt the Municipality's of Trent Hills Procedural By-law, as amended, as the Police Services Board's Procedural By-law, save and e xcept for the Closed Session provisions, which shall be governed by Section 35(4) of the Police Services Act, as amended.
